Extended Return Period
- Loyalty Members may qualify for extended return windows. Please check your account for eligibility.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to the following:

- Large appliances and equipment
- Custom or special-order items
Restocking fees do not apply to defective products or returns due to BlizzBuy errors.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Non-refundable costs include:

- Gift-wrapping charges
- Other non-product-related costs
Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or a similar product of equal value.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
