Extended Return Period

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to the following:

  • Large appliances and equipment
  • Custom or special-order items
    Restocking fees do not apply to defective products or returns due to BlizzBuy errors.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Non-refundable costs include:
    • Shipping fees
    • Gift-wrapping charges
    • Other non-product-related costs

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or a similar product of equal value.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
